Background:
The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for direct services with adolescents and their families including but not limited to evaluation/assessment; home & community-based services; outreach; case and care management; family therapies; record keeping; collaboration with other professionals, team members and related community services (including consultation and/or community and/or school placements).
The Team Leader (Clinical Supervisor), assists in the supervision, development, and implementation of assigned programs, services, and staff.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work and a Connecticut license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)or Social Worker (LCSW) or a Doctorate in Psychology and a Connecticut license as a Psychologist is required.
Master's degree in a human services field with at least one-year clinical internship working with children and/or adolescents and a Connecticut license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) will be considered.
Two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or families is required, four years of experience is preferred.
Reliable car, valid driver's license, automobile insurance required.
Mileage reimbursement is available for all business-related miles.
