Position:            Program Coordinator 

Classification:   Full-time, Exempt

Reports to:        Director, Clinical Services

Location:           South Central and Hill Country Region (Counties: Edwards, Bandera, Gonzales, Karnes, 

                            and Comal)

Position Description: 

DePelchin is seeking Program Coordinator who has a Master's in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field and is a licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.  The Program Coordinator will provide day to day supervision of an evidenced-based therapeutic program and will provide programmatic supervision to Staff Clinicians.  In addition to providing clinical services as necessitated by evidenced-based models.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed for independent practice in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Three (3) years post-graduate experience in a mental health setting.
  • Prior leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Reliable Transportation and a valid Texas Driver License.

Work Conditions:

  • Environment - Home-based office
  • Range of Schedule - Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm., occasional weekends
  • Travel - As needed.  Must be able to drive regionally (Mileage reimbursed) within the five counties in the South Central and Hill Country Region.  These counties include Edwards, Bandera, Gonzales, Karnes, and Comal. 

Training:

DePelchin will provide training in the following therapeutic models within the first year of employment: Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) models.  Employment is contingent on the acquisition or minimal certification.
